App & Email (Public Messaging)
This website/App and its owners take a proactive approach to user privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its users throughout their visiting experience. No personal data is stored in relation to users who download the School app.
This website may operate an email program, used to inform subscribers of updates. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.

This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign. If an automated un-subscription system is unavailable clear instructions on how to unsubscribe will by detailed instead.
App & Email (Private Messaging)
The school may collect parents/guardians details so they can be contacted by the private messaging system. Only the details needed to send messages and group contacts is stored. Anyone wishing to have their details updated or removed can do so by contacting the school.
