Year 9 pupils were working on their patisserie and baking skills in class this week. They successfully baked chocolate cake, decorated their cakes with buttercream icing and then added their own choice of toppings – demonstrating creative flair. All pupils worked excellently during a busy lesson and should be proud of their final outcomes. Well done 9W!
