Year 12 GCSE Food & Nutrition pupils welcomed Annette Grant a chef from the Whistledown Hotel into school on Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th October. Annette’s attention to detail and expertise were an excellent help to our pupils for their upcoming practical assessment. Annette explained how we “eat with our eyes first” and that presentation and garnishes are a crucial part of the plating process.
