Year 11 enjoyed a very successful demonstration from the LMC, the final one for this year. This time the class enjoyed a lamb curry and a beef steak dish. The pupils were also instructed in how to present dishes to a highly competent manner, very useful skills for their GCSE practical work next year. A big thank you must go to the LMC and Patricia McClean as our pupils have gained skills and knowledge from these demonstrations.
