Year 10 Chicken Fajitas in Home Economics

As part of our European Day of Languages celebrations, Year 10 pupils recently enjoyed a practical session preparing and cooking chicken fajitas, a typically Spanish dish, using locally produced meat and vegetables.  The pupils displayed excellent culinary skills and enjoyed their final dishes.  The department would like to thank local businesses Nicholson’s butchers for the chicken and Whyn Croft for the fresh vegetables.  The local produce was exceptional quality and enjoyed by all the pupils.
