The Home Economics department was delighted to welcome back Patricia McClean from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC) Northern Ireland. Patricia demonstrated the use of beef and lamb in cookery to our Year 10 and 11 pupils. Year 11 pupils were treated to a delicious lamb leek and bacon dish, along with a tasty ribeye steak and garlic bread. Year 10 pupils viewed the creation of and sampled some yummy beef nachos and mini homemade burgers. Both dishes were thoroughly enjoyed by all our pupils.
