The Home Economics department was delighted to welcome back Patricia McClean from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC) Northern Ireland. Patricia demonstrated the use of beef and lamb in cookery to our Year 10 pupils. The pupils viewed the creation of and sampled some delicious chili beef pasta and tasty lamb pieces on garlic bread. Both dishes were thoroughly enjoyed by all our pupils.
