Patricia McClean from the LMC visited KHS to demonstrate how to create dishes using NI FARM QUALITY ASSURED beef and lamb. She made our pupils some delicious beef nachos and homemade beef burgers with garlic bread. Both dishes were thoroughly emjoyed by our pupils.
