Here at KHS, we encourage our pupils to make connections between their subjects, to improve their general knowledge and link skills across the curriculum. Today, 8H learned about the Bayeux Tapestry in ‘Fistory’ class – a combination of French and History. They answered questions, watched an animated version of the tapestry and matched Latin with English captions. At the end, they matched images from the tapestry with English and French captions, using vocabulary taught to them by their French teacher Mrs Rybarczyk. Their French pronunciation was much better than Miss Campbell’s!
