Cookery Club – Contemporary Cuisine – Years 9 and 10

The Home Economics department is currently running a contemporary cuisine cookery club for year 9 and 10 to extend their culinary skills making savoury dishes.  In week one the pupils enjoyed making chicken curry and for week two they extended their skills to prepare and cook honey chilli chicken.  The pupils worked with enthusiasm to make very tasty dishes.  Thank you to Nicholson’s butchers and Whyn Croft farm shop for the quality local produce.
