To celebrate 70 years of the Queen’s reign, our Year 8 form classes had the opportunity to take part in the Platinum Jubilee Royal Reading Challenge. This involved reading their way along a timeline from 1953 to 2022 over a 3 week period.  Congratulations and well done to 8H who were the overall winners. Mr Howard’s form class managed to accumulate 2100 minutes of reading time between them. Two special prizes were also awarded to 2 boys from 8H and 8F who completed the challenge with both having read for over 240 minutes each.
