Year 10 Students enjoyed the Raytheon Technologies Build and Fly day as part of the Quadcopter Challenge. Pupils from Kilkeel High and St Louis took part in the event. Teams had to build their own drone and then test and fly their build.
All teams successfully completed the day and now progress to stage 3 in the challenge where they will add to their build and fly the drone through an obstacle course.
A great day, with special thanks going to the STEM team from Collins Aerospace.
