Kilkeel High School, Knockchree Avenue, Kilkeel

Charity

Kilkeel High School is a school which is very proud of its long association with charitable contributions to deserving causes, both locally and across the globe. Pupils and staff participate in weekly charity collections and in many special charity events throughout the year.

In our 2014 ETA Inspection Report it was stated ‘Throughout the school community, there is a strong focus on inclusion and having a caring and compassionate understanding of others; this is particularly evident in the exemplary charitable commitment by the pupils and the staff.’

Each year approximately £15,000 is donated by the pupils, staff and friends of Kilkeel High School. This money is then shared amongst charities chosen by staff and pupils.
